General Assembly, Elections & Vassilopita

March 14th, 18.00 – 20.00 pm,

The Art Lounge, New Hotel

It is time to hold our next elections for Columbia Alumni Association Greece. Faithful to our traditions, we will hold the elections along with the annual general assembly and our club’s vasilopita. The event will take place in person at the Art Lounge of the top floor of New Hotel, indoors but with open windows and we will follow all covid-related official recommendations.

We encourage alumni who wish to engage in a volunteering role for our Alma Mater to run during these elections, especially those who have not done so up until now. Anyone interested in running is requested to send us an email at [email protected]  (and cc [email protected]) indicating their intention so that we can prepare the ballots.

Please note that the presentation of the current board and the elections will start at 18.30 pm sharp as the exclusivity of our Art Lounge reservation ends at 20.00pm.

Also, may we remind you that according to the articles of association of our club, only members who have paid their annual fees are eligible to run and to vote in these elections. Our current dues are 20 euros and can be paid in cash to the Club’s cashier until 6.30 pm on the day of the election.
