The Columbia alumni community in Greece stands side by side with our Alma Mater in supporting justice in education. We fundamentally believe that the world would be a better place if quality education was available to all, and really appreciate the diligent efforts our institution is making towards this end. We decided to show this belief in a tangible way by contributing a small amount to the Justice in Education Fund.
We are proud of the way Columbia is handling the especially challenging times we are living in, including providing educational opportunities to those often deprived of them, supporting the “Black lives matter” movement and opposing the F-1, M-1 visa restrictions announced (and revoked) by the US authorities.
